We have a 30 day return policy after your package has been received. Please email us and tell us why you would like to return your items. 


For a return, please leave everything as it was received. Which includes the sealing on the glass bottle. We will need your receipt number in order for a return. If you have used the seasoning then it will not be eligible for a return. 


You can contact us at seasonedbysyd@gmail.com to start your return. We will send you a return shipping label and to let you know where to return the package. We will let you know when we have received your return and if the refund was approved. You will be refunded on to your original choice of payment method.  


We will not accept returns on seasonings that have been opened and sale items. Sale items are final sale. 


As soon as you receive your package, please reach out as soon as possible to let us know if the seasoning is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can fix it.
