Ingredients:
Crab
Turkey or Beef Andouille Sausage
Onion
Red Bell Pepper
Minced Garlic
Old Bay Seasoning
Louisiana Love Seasoning
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Smoked Paprika
Louisiana Cajun Boil Liquid
B Loves Smackalicious sauce mix (Amazon)
Pasta of your choice
2 Sticks of Butter
1 8oz cream cheese
Milk or heavy cream
Grated Mozzerella
Grated Parmesan
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to boil and put your crab legs in. Season with a generous amount of Old Bay, minced garlic, 1/2 cup of Louisiana Cajun boil liquid. In a pot, cook your noodles past al dente. In a pot, melt 1 stick butter, add cream cheese and 2 cups of milk or heavy cream to start with, start whisking until cream cheese melts and isn't chunky.Then add mozzarella and Parmesan and add more cheese if you think it needs more. Season with Italian seasoning and Louisiana Love, garlic and onion powder. Then, cut your andouille sausage, bell pepper, and onion and put it in a pan until the sausage is slightly burnt. Pour into Alfredo sauce when done. For your sauce to pour on top of crab, melt 1 stick of butter, generous amount of B Loves Smackalicious sauce mix, add Louisiana Love, smoked paprika, and minced garlic.

Shrimp
Red Lobster biscuit mix
Butter
The Buttery Goodness seasoning
Waffle maker
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Honey
Small Sauce Pan
Directions:
Follow Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix and put in waffle maker. Cook shrimp with butter or olive oil and season with The Buttery Goodness seasoning. In a small sauce pan add Louisiana Hot Sauce, honey, and a little butter. Mix until everything is melted together and pour over shrimp and waffles!
Ingredients:
Salmon
1 block cream cheese
Spinach
1/2 Onion
Olive Oil
Toothpicks
The Buttery Goodness seasoning
Hunny I'm Home seasoning
1/2 stick Butter
Basting Brush
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Wash and slice your salmon in a long strip
In a pan pour a some olive oil and chop your onion and caramelize it, when done add to your bowl of cream cheese
cook a small handful of spinach in the olive oil and then add to the cream cheese and onions
Mix it all together and add 1-2 TBS of The Buttery Goodness
Take your slice of salmon and pat dry, spread the cream cheese mixture on it and start rolling it like a pin wheel, secure it with the toothpicks
Melt 1/2 stick of butter and add our Hunny I'm Home seasoning and use a basting brush to spread it on the salmon
Bake for 25 minutes

Chicken Wings
Olive Oil
Hunny I'm Home seasoning
Honey
Dijon Mustard
Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Clean Chicken Wings
Pat dry and put Olive Oil on wings
On a baking rack, put the wings on and then put in the oven for 40 minutes
When done, pull out the wings and toss them in a bowl with Hunny I'm Home seasoning (makes the seasoning stick on better)
Put them back in the oven on the baking rack and cook for another 40-45 minutes
Mix Honey, a little bit of Dijon Mustard, and a super tiny splash of Apple Cider Vinegar. Adjust to your tasting.
Pour over wings when done, toss, and serve!

Beef Ribs
Olive Oil
Hunny I'm Home seasoning
Honey
Dijon Mustard
Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Clean Ribs
Pat dry and put Olive Oil on ribs and season with Hunny I'm Home on both sides of ribs
Cook for 2 hrs covered with foil in a tray
The meat should be tender when done cooking!
Mix Honey, a little bit of Dijon Mustard, and a super tiny splash of Apple Cider Vinegar. Adjust to your tasting.
Brush over Ribs and serve!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse Carrots
Put Carrots in a pot of boiling water and cook until soft
When done, put on a pan, drizzle Olive Oil, Honey, and season with Hunny I'm Home
Bake for 20-25 minutes
